In view of BDA agreed to reconvening the sites in question in favour of Muniswamy s/o Abbaiah The sub-Inespector of police in Indiranagar Police Station have to file charge sheet on the directors of Salarpuria Properties Private Limited noted above as per FIR registered under Crime No.432/2012 under section 448 of IPC . Salarpuria Properties Private Limitedare owners in S No 42 Dukanhalli Villlage Kasba Hobli as per BDA Resolution which was Reconveyed on land to land basis in lieu of S.No 1/1 of Gavipuram Guttahalli as per BDA Resolution. Salarpuria Properties Private Limited who have tress passed in S.No 50 (S No50/1and 50/2 ) of Dukanhalli Villlage Kasba Hobli HAL 2ndStage Bangalore and they should Immediately vacate as it comes in Re-Convey as per BDA resolution in Subject No. 378. As per proceedings of the Bangalore Development Authority's meeting dated 17-11-1982.If immediate action not taken on all directors of Salarpuria Properties Private Limited then we shall be forced to approach lokayukta and other legal forums and BMTF if necessary.
