By: M.S.Yatnatti: Editor and Video Journalist Bengaluru: People need performing government .Stop blaming the opposition. Experts state that NDA had deliver despite hurdles posed by an obstructionist opposition and without making any new laws .PM Narendra Modi on 03-03-2016 took on Rahul Gandhi, quoting Rajiv, Indira and Nehru to slam disruption of Parliament, which "is stalling pro-citizen legislation" which modi want to enact new lawswhere as On September 28, 2014, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, at his Madison Square Garden extravaganza in New York, announced that his government is looking to abolish all outdated laws. He also announced that he has created a committee to look into all the 'outdated laws' and his aim is to repeal one law per day. "Earlier Indian governments spoke of having made this law and that law, but I have started ending laws which are of no use. So many laws... If I end one law a day, I will be the happiest," remarked Modi during his maiden visit to the United States after assuming reins of power."Governments here could learn a thing or two from Narenda Modi, the new Prime Minister of India, who rode to office on the slogan, "minimum government, maximum governance”. He's redeeming the promise by trimming the fat from the law code,.....Campaigning this spring, Mr. Modi pledged that for every new law passed, he would see to it that government repeals 10 redundant laws. Mr. Modi wanted to toss 100 statutes in the bin in his first 100 days.....Mr. Modi is clearly on to something.” Excerpts from the Editorial titled "India's Modi shows way on cutting government” as published in The Washington Times dated October 14, 2014.

The two speeches one at parliament on 03-03-2016 and speech at his Madison Square Garden extravaganza in New York on September 28, 2014, Prime Minister Narendra Modi are diametrically opposite each other. He has forgotten his statement "Earlier Indian governments spoke of having made this law and that law, but I have started ending laws which are of no use. So many laws.So let Modi perform under existing laws without making any laws as So many laws. Already available to him..

Modi said: "We've shown how work is done, how to quicken development. These are the same institutions, the same officers, but we are delivering. He returned to the theme of officialdom towards the end of the speech, saying an atmosphere of charge and counter-charge is a distraction even as lakhs of government employees are drawing crores in salaries. "There is no shortage of schemes...there wasn't in your time or ours. But the question is how to increase accountability ," the Prime Minister said.

India needs to debate this issue and India needs answer from the political parties. American president never talks internal politics once elected. Legally speaking Narendra Modi is Prime Minister of Indian Union Government and not NDA or BJP Prime Minister. He should stop speaking politics and protect constitution of India and do only developments work of India and administer and govern India..The party politics is only up to an election. Once election is over the elected representative take oath of office and from that moment he or she becomes public servants an MP is for the entire constituency and an MLA for entire constituency and CM for entire state and PM for entire nation and altogether they protect the nation according to constitution .The elected representatives once take oath of office should shun their party and their party post. The parties and their politics is limited to and up to election process and then party and party functionary cannot be part of government and parliament .This need to be done at the earliest .Though it is difficult for political parties but the time has come to make administration free from divisive polities and administer the nation according to constitution of India and not on divisive politics .Let PM Put lashmana Rekha between Government and Parties .If you want every Indian respect PM as PM of India and CM as CM of states MP as an MP or MLA as MLA of constituency he should not belong to any political party once elected and took oath of office. Immediately he or she should de-link from the party on which he has been elected and he should attend to his constituency work of all citizens irrespective of party affiliations. .Prime Minister of India: Once Narendra Modi took oath of office and became Prime Minister of India he has logically legally and morally disconnected from the party it has elected and umbilical cord is disconnected and he became prime minister of India and not the BJP prime minister of the party which is elected him. On 26th May 2014 Narendra Modi took oath as the Prime Minister of India, becoming the first ever PM to be born after India attained Independence. Dynamic, dedicated and determined, Narendra Modi reflects the aspiration and hope of over a billion Indians. Ever since he assumed office in May 2014, PM Modi has embarked on a journey of all-round and inclusive development where every Indian can realize their hopes and aspirations. Once Narendra Modi took oath of office and became Prime Minister of India and prime minister of every Indian and he should not talk politics and he is above all party politics .He is head of the government of India and he should talk only about the country and its development and not the politics. In the similar way Once siddramaiahtook oath of office and became chiefMinister of India he should not talk politics .He is head of the government ofKarnatakaand he should talk only about the country and its development and not the politics. In the similar way MPs MLAs and Minster should not talk about the politics .They shuld do only administrative work of their offices as public servants .
