This an insult to engineers of entire nation .AICTE constituted in 1987 is nothing before The Institution of Engineers (India) which was established in 1920 in Kolkata, West Bengal and is acclaimed to have pioneered non-formal education in Engineering in India .Its examination papers and books are used by several engineering colleges throughout the world.
