By : M.S.Yatnatti: Editor and Video Journalist Bengaluru : Few days to go for D-Day, all eyes are on promises which political parties make to woo voters into their fold .And as is the convention, parties have formed committees to delve into the needs of the people and solve their problems and make customary promises of what will be provided if they come to power. But making a departure from the leadership driven manifestos, the few political parties has decided to experiment with a crowd sourcing effort in preparing its manifesto. It also decided that constituency-wise manifestos will give it a "local flavour”.So this election, as many as 224 manifestos need to be prepared. While 224 individual manifestos, one for each constituency, will be drawn up, another larger another larger and broad-based manifesto at the state level will be released by the party wise .
Solving peoples problem is real politics and India is a miracle country . For all its diversity and problems, the country survives and even prospers to great extent. But these problems do not go away simply and they need proper solutions. There are great challenges, and in some ways getting greater and great leaders are required to solve such problems. Focusing on the interests of the people is the real politics and many political leaders has always put interests of the people first during their entire administrative and Political career always solved peoples problem with the help of co- politicians and social activists . Political leaders "They fight for something larger than themselves - they fight for the idea of a nation which provide equal opportunities to all and interests of the peopleand then set about making it happen and "These pioneers kept their focus on the interest of the people. The object of their political will and their policy energy was to improve the lot of the masses. Things extraneous to that focus was avoided” Many leaders understands people problems and sufferings .Compassion is the humane quality of understanding the suffering of others and wanting to do something to alleviate that suffering.
