By : M.S.Yatnatti: Editor and Video Journalist Bangaluru : AAP split deepens, Humans are wired to break up and move on. Sri Modi also did the same thing with many BJP leaders and now Arvind Kejriwal: should remove Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav and move on: Power is not permanent .Available time should be invested in welfare of the state. But politics has bitter pills .Instead of outsiders the insiders do more damage to party they belong. Many political parties are leader centric and grow for a certain period .But AAP has many leaders and that is the problem .AAP's is in deep crises and crises is of AAP leaders "ahankaar” and AAP is in self sinking and self destruction mode .After the election "Kejriwal's message was one of humility. "I request all workers and MLAs, zara bhi ahankaar mat karna. Congress ka jo haal hua woh ahankaar ki wajah se hua. BJP ka jo haal ho raha hai, woh ahankaar ki wajah se. Hamara bhi yahi haal hoga agar hum ahankaar karte hain (Don't get arrogant. Congress and BJP were defeated because of arrogance and we will meet the same fate if we become arrogant)," he said.

Reportedly Reconciliation talks between the two warring factions in AAP have collapsed following which two prominent leaders Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan accused Arvind Kejriwal camp of trying to force them to resign from the national executive and not heeding to any of their concerns. In an open letter to Kejriwal two days ahead of AAP's crucial national council meeting, Bhushan and Yadav said the the message conveyed to them during reconciliation talks was that either they should resign gracefully or face removal from the national executive."Slowly it dawned upon us that the principle intent of these talks is to secure our resignation. The bottomline for interlocutors from your side was that the two of us must resign from the national executive. We were told that this is your personal insistence."We were told that you are not willing to be the national convenor as long as the two of us are members of national executive," Bhushan and Yadav said in the letter. Both the leaders, who were already removed from party's powerful Political Affairs Committee, said they were told that Kejriwal was not willing to be the national convenor if they are part of the national executive. "This is exactly what you had said when demanding our removal from PAC.
