I have filed Appeal before the Chief Administrative Officer, Construction, South Western Railway, 18, Millers Road, Bangalore - 560 046and appellate authority under RTI ACT -2005 against The Public Information Officer and the Lakshman Singh Dy Chief Engineer central Construction South Western Railway stating that "The Public Information Officer and the Lakshman Singh Dy Chief Engineer has provided me incorrect false and misleading information to shoot down the RUB project between Nayandahalli and Kengeri at KM 10/300-400 opposite RV College and Metro Railway Stationunder the alleged influence of vested interests as he could not sustain firstly height consideration when we clarified that it is RUB for LMV and pedestrians and secondly gradient is well within 1 in 30 the permissible limits and now he has created a false and unwarranted water logging problem which does not exists and even though water drainage is feasible at nearby location at KM 10/ 200 where already RUB for water drainage / pedestrian exists and already constructed by railways several years ago and this new RUB water caneasily flow there and get drained or BBMP can construct a rain harvesting sump in survey number 76 valagerahalli 3 Acres and 10 Guntas which is owned by BDA and handed over to BBMP and solve RUB water drainage problem and after using for road balance area can be used by BMRCL for vehicular Parking for metro station. Let railway prepare GAD and submit it with correct information to BBMP instead of incorrect information as replied by The Public Information Officer and the Lakshman Singh Dy Chief Engineer under RTI reply dated 13-12-2017”asking relief " to direct the PIO to provide the information as requested in the RTI Application and Let railway prepare GAD for RUB project between Nayandahalli and Kengeri at KM 10/300-400 opposite RV College and Metro Railway Station and submit it with correct information to BBMP instead of incorrect information as replied by The Public Information Officer and the Lakshman Singh Dy Chief Engineer under RTI reply dated 13-12-2017.As water drainage is feasible at nearby location at KM 10/200 where already old RUB for water drainage / pedestrian exists and already constructed by railways several years ago and this new RUB water caneasily flow there and get drained or BBMP can construct a rain harvesting sump in survey number 76 valagerahalli 3 Acres and 10 Guntas which is owned by BDA and solve RUB water drainage problem and handed over to BBMP and after using for road balance area can be used by BMRCL for vehicular Parking for metro station or by rain harvesting pits or connect the extra water collected at RUB to metro rain harvesting pits as RV College metro station has RWH And also to hear the matter at the earliest as matter is urgent and provide the relief sought under RTI Act 2005 under 4(1) (a) (b) (c) (d) of RTI Act 2005 immediately and take action as per law on The Public Information Officer and the Lakshman Singh Dy Chief Engineer for providingincorrect false and misleading information to shoot down the RUB project between Nayandahalli and Kengeri at KM 10/300-400 opposite RV College and Metro Railway Stationunder the alleged influence of vested interests . Infrastructures, is very heavy and so it cannot be disturbed , so to eliminate level crossing,Road Under Bridge (R.U.B) are required to be provided under earth embankment for crossing of Road traffic, railway traffic across the level crossing of Railway line, etc. The under Bridges are also require d in urban area where the busy Business location streets crossing to Railway lines etc The major problem faced after the construction of R.U.B is water logging during rainy season and its prolonged impacts. So toeliminate the problem of water logging and to give the necessary remedies detail study was conducted and the concept of rain water harvesting is implemented by collecting water from the road surface. Rain water harvesting in RUB A way to tackle the water logging problem as well as the ever decreasing levels of ground water could be rain water harvesting, a technology that has been used Rainwater harvesting is a technology used for collecting and storing rainwater . Commonly used systems are constructed of three principal components; namely, the catchment area, the collection device, andthe conveyance system.The survey number 76 valagerahalliis government property 3 acres 10 guntas can be used to construct under ground rain water harvesting sump and drainage problem IN RUB can be solved safely and easily .
