Bangalore Metropolitan Task Force has jurisdiction over the following areas which comprises of Bangalore Metropolitan Region comprising of Bangalore Urban District , Rural District and Malur Taluk of Kolar district and Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor Planning Area BDA areas ,BBMP Areas ,KIADB Areas .Lakes and tanks within BMR Limits and BWSSB ,Slum Clearance Board , Local planning authorities under Bangalore Metropolitan region .BMTF Bengaluru is requested to file somotto case and FIR against the seller of Government land in Survey No. 92/5, an extent of 5 Acres 25 Guntas and 1 Acre A kharab, totally measuring 06 Acres 25 Guntas, situated at Mattanahalli Village, Sarjapura Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore Urban District as it is declared as Government landand it was sold toExcel Dwellings Pvt Ltd and and M/s. Excel Dwellings Oxizen  Pvt.Ltd., by sellersafter AC order LRF (83) (AS) 113 /2012-13 dated 02-09-2015 for declaring it as Government land and this survey number comes in Local planning authorities under Bangalore Metropolitan region and it does not come under Anekal revenue taluka ans it comes under Anekal Planning Authority, (APA) and wherefore it comes under BMTF jurisdiction and BMTF need to file FIR.

I have asked PIO The Public Information Officer O/Oand BMTF Office is located at BBMP Office building, N. R. Square, Bangalore :560002 to provide me information and reasons under section 4(I) (a) (b) (c) (d) RTI Act for not filing So-Motto FIR against the sellers of Government land by a Hindu Joint FamilySri C.R.Manohar s/o Sri P Rangaswamyand Sri P. After RemovingSurvey No. 92/5, from approved layout plan which is measuring an extent of 5 Acres 25 Guntas and 1 Acre A kharab, totally measuring 06 Acres 25 Guntas, situated at Mattanahalli Village, Sarjapura Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bangalore Urban District as it is declared as Government landand it was sold toExcel Dwellings Pvt Ltd and and M/s. How Many & Which Ones Are In The Buffer Zones That Will Be Demolished??? Or for which plan sanction will not be given as per UDD circulars as per NGT orders as buyers need this information before investing money in buying the sites in such layouts promoted by Excel Dwellings Pvt Ltd and and M/s. Excel Dwilings Oxizen  Pvt.Ltd .Please provide me information and reasons under section 4(I) (a) (b) (c) (d) RTI Actnot implementingUDD circular of NGT order in respect ofRajakaluves, Storm Water Drains? And lakes by BMRDA and issuing advertisements and maps for genral public such that builders cannot chaet them selling sites in Rajakaluves, Storm Water Drains.
